I love the way this card turned out by just adding a few extra pieces of cardstock, the Leaf Punch and some colored Pearl Jewels. Do you like my shaker wreath?

And those red pearls....colored with my new Stampin' Blends alcohol markers. You can use a red Permanent marker also to achieve the same results:

How would you like to create your own card just like this one? Well you are in luck because I have a FREE Sneak Peek Project Sheet you can download and print:

3D Thursday & FREE Project Sheet!

This week for 3D Thursday, Twila Davis from Stamp A Little Longer is up with her beautiful treat box using the Be Merry Designer Paper. Isn't is just the cutest? I'll have a FREE Project Sheet to create this project at the end of my post today for you!

So pretty with the window in the front to see the treats peeking through. Twila used the Everyday Label Punch to add the window along with a piece of our Window Sheets!

I also like the way the top of the treat bag folds over and a little sentiment tag is tucked under the flap! And the Be Merry Designer Paper is my favorite Christmas paper this year. I just love those stripes!

Here's the link to download our team Project Sheet so you can create this same project. Click on the link below the photo:

Stampin' Dreams October Blog Hop!

Welcome to our monthly Stampin' Dreams Blog Hop. I'm so glad you are visiting! For October we are all creating projects with "Black, White and One Other Color".

This is my project for this month with the addition of Wild Wasbi as my additional color:

I used the Merry Patterns stamp set for my card. This is an exclusive stamp set you can earn for FREE until October 31st. Place an order of $300 on your own, with family and friends, or host a workshop and earn it for FREE!

I stamped the reindeer three times on this card. Can you tell how?

Here are the steps I used:

  • Card Base: Thick Whisper White Cardstock 8-1/2" x 5-1/2". Score and fold at 4-1/4".
  • Layer #2: Basic Black Cardstock 5-1/4" x 4". Glue to card base.
  • Layer #3: Whisper White Cardstock 4-3/4" x 3-1/2". Stamp the reindeer using Basic Black Ink and to the left. Stamp the branches at his feet using Wild Wasabi Ink.
  • Layer #4: Merry Music Designer Paper 5-1/2" x 1". (longer then you need and trim-able) Stamp the reindeer over the Designer Paper to the left and position the center of his body on the designer paper. Glue over the image on the Whisper White Cardstock layer, lining up the reindeer. Trim the ends. Glue to Basic Black Cardstock layer using Stampin' Dimensionals.
  • Layer #5: Stamp the reindeer using Wild Wasabi Ink on Whisper White Cardstock. Hand-cut the sweater. Glue over the reindeer on the designer paper.
  • Bling: Add Black Rhinestone Jewels on the sweater and as berry's for the branches.
I hope you enjoyed my card today. Please follow the line-up below to visit all of my teammates that are participating today. You will be inspired by some beautiful projects. Thanks for visiting me today!

Adult Education Classes Week #3!

I wanted to show the girls in my Adult Education Class how to create projects using Punch Art & Die Art this week and that's exactly what we did for Week #3! Let me start out with the Santa card:

Isn't he the cutest? I did use the retired Mustache Die but everything else is current. The Petal Burst Embossing Folder was perfect to add all of the background embossing for his beard:

And our new Leaf Punch works great as a little bit of evergreen with holly berries cut with the 1/4" Handheld Punch:

The remainder of the tools I used are the Layering Circles Framelits Dies, and the 1/2" Circle Punch. For the tag, I used the Lemon Builder Punch for the mustache and the retired Angled Tag Topper Punch for the tag shape. Very quick & simple!

Our final project uses the retired Pillow Box Die and all we did was wrap some designer paper around the middle, glued the ends together and then snipped the end into a "V". The sentiment layer is from the Labels To Love stamp set cut with the Everyday Label Punch:

More to come next week as I show you Week #4 of projects! Thanks for visiting me today. Enjoy your week!
